Sweepstakes Rules
1.Entry Requirements
Registered users of BigStick Pro who purchase and register the product prior to or during the Sweepstakes period will be automatically entered into the Sweepstakes.
Sweepstakes Entry Period
The Sweepstakes begins on 11/1/04 and ends on 12/31/04.
2.Prize
The prize consists of an online poker hand history critique by our designated expert using BigSlick Pro software. Winner will be responsible for providing a single hand history file in plain text format from a supported website (Paradise Poker, Party Poker, or Poker Stars) that is no greater than 100 hands, is unedited, and consists of a single tournament or single session at a single table. Our designated expert will critique the hand history using the BigSlick Pro software and return a BigSlick Pro file back to the winner. We reserve the right to substitute the provider of this training if our designated provider is unable to provide the training. The approximate cash value for this prize is $2500.00. All taxes are the responsibility of the winner. No substitution or transfer of prizes is allowed.
3.Eligibility
This Sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law. You must be at least 18 years of age to be eligible. Employees and contractors, and immediate family members (spouses, siblings, children and parents and any and all relatives living in the same home) thereto, of BigSlick Software, Inc. are not eligible.
4.Selection of the Winner
Prize winner(s) will be selected in a random drawing. Should more than one prize be awarded, additional random drawings will be held. BigSlick Software, Inc. will conduct the drawing(s). Winners will be notified by email. You must respond to the notification email within 10 days of it being sent to you or your prize will be forfeited. We reserve the right to determine the number of prizes that will be awarded. All potential winners will be subjected to a verification of their eligibility and verification that these Sweepstakes Rules were complied with. Odds of winning depends on the number of eligible entries received. There is no limit to the number of entries issued pursuant to product registration per person or household, but only one entry per each product registration will be issued.
All stated prizes will be awarded. If a chosen winner is not eligible for any reason we will conduct a drawing of remaining entries until an eligible winner is determined to be selected.
5. General Conditions
You agree that we may use your name and likeness as publicity to announce that you have won a prize if are selected as a winner.
You agree that by purchasing our product or entering by post card, that you have read and understand these terms and conditions. The decision of our company shall be final on all matters relevant to this Sweepstakes. You agree to hold harmless this company and its employees, contractors and advertisers from any and all liability or claims resulting from their participation in the sweepstakes and the acceptance and usage of the prize. All winners must provide the required hand history file within 30 days of being awarded their prize. BigSlick Software, Inc. will facilitate any communication between the winner and the poker expert. The name and likeness of the winner(s) will be posted on our web site. This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute regarding this Sweepstakes will be resolved via binding arbitration in the County of Collin and State of Texas.
6.Alternate Entry Method
No purchase is necessary. You may also enter by sending a postcard that has your name, address, email address, and phone number on it to: Big Slick Pro Promotion PO Box 2147 Frisco, Texas 75034. All entries by mail must be received by 11:59 p.m. EST on 1/7/05. Limit one post card entry per person. We do not assume any responsibility for lost, illegible, late, or mutilated post card entries.
